An examination of the eight findings from this study suggests that the answer to this question is that both novice and experienced EFL teachers in Saudi Arabia agree that the use of a bilingual dictionary as important for learning word meaning and vocabulary, but they do not all agree about which grades should use bilingual dictionaries, and many of the teachers also felt that students did not need instruction or strategies
on how to use the bilingual dictionary.
