The minister said that a survey was distributed to 1000 Algerian visitors of the book fair to gather their personal information and know more about their reading habits. The findings showed that the participants in this survey aged between 15 and 65 years old. Concerning statistics 956ct the participants answered that they loved reading and they did that in their free time. Among the 1000 participants, 52, said that they prefer reading short stories and novels, while 24% of respondents answered that they more into reading scientific books while the other 24% of participanas stated that they read about history books most of the time. When these respondents were asked about their favorite language of reading. 48% answered that they read in Arabic, 29.6% said that they read in French, while only 22.4% replied that they read in English.
