The Court shall have international legal personality and the legal capacity necessary for the exercise of its functions and the fulfilment of its purposes. 2. The Court may exercise its functions and powers, as provided in this Statute, in the territory of any State Party and, by special agreement with any other State, on the territory of that State. Part Two - Jurisdiction, Admissibility, and Applicable Law Crimes Within the Jurisdiction of the Court 1. The jurisdiction of the Court shall be limited to the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole. The Court has jurisdiction, under this Statute, over thefollowing crimes: a) The crime of genocide. b) Crimes against humanity. c) War crimes. d)The crime of aggression.
