5. Carefully place the paper in the tank/jar, taking care not to touch the sides, and allow the solvents to rise to within 2 cm of the top of the paper.
6. As the pigments have their natural color, there is no need for a special visualizing agent
7. Identify different colors that are spread on the paper and mark the center of each spot with a pencil.
8. Record your observations in the table below and perform the calculations as suggested
