Causes of Klinefelter syndrome :

Some people with Klinefelter syndrome (10% of them) have a defect in the number of chromosomes only in some of their cells, not all of them. In these people, the symptoms of Klinefelter syndrome vary according to the percentage of affected cells compared to normal cells.
Some people with this syndrome may happen to have 48 chromosomes, four of which are sex (XXXY). But this is a rare condition and more serious than other cases.
Although Klinefelter syndrome is caused by a gene defect, it is not a hereditary disease; That is, the son does not inherit it from the father.
