In the first research entitled: (A study on the knowledge, attitudes and practices of healthcare providers towards reporting medical errors in tertiary healthcare institutions) during the graduation period and submitting graduation projects and research, the scope of our research was on the most important hospitals in the Asir region and studying the behavior and awareness of healthcare providers in particular (doctors, nurses and pharmacists) of medical errors of all degrees and whether and how they are reported and measuring their awareness of the importance of reporting and estimating their level of awareness in the Asir region in particular, and this received great interest from hospital workers and university faculty members and was widely accepted.
