o The 3D Printed denture base (template) was sealed with the maxillary cast with base plate wax and 3D-printed denture base (template) was used as a pattern for making conventional denture base of the same thickness.o Flask halves were closed tightened, then hydraulic press was used to ensure complete distribution of acrylic pack in the mold cavity.o After setting of the investing stone, the flasks were opened, the 3D- printed resin templates were removed, then separating medium was applied on all investing stone surfaces of the flask halves."Fig 15" o Excess of acrylic resin were removed, then flasks were tightened in the clamp and firmly placed in the acrylic curing unit to be cured by long curing cycle (74o C for 8 hours)."Fig 13 " o The 3D Printed denture base (template) and maxillary casts were Placed in the flask and ensuring that the casts and flasks were compatible in size."Fig14 " o The casts were Painted with separating medium (12) and inner surfaces of flasks with Vaseline; to facilitate deflasking.

• The casts were Painted with separating medium (12) and inner surfaces of flasks with Vaseline; to facilitate deflasking.
• Artificial stone was mixed and placed on the bases of the flasks and ensured that the posterior portion of the casts were on the same level of edge of the flasks.
• Dental stone was Smoothened around the casts and all undercuts that prevent separation of the flask halves were blocked.
• The stone was allowed to set, then 3 applications separating medium on the 3D-printed resin template and the stone of first pour.
• Dental stone was mixed and applied to fill the flask in the second pour stage.
• Lids on the flasks were placed firmly on the top of the second pour stage and were tapped gently; to ensure that the flasks were completely filled.
• After setting of the investing stone, the flasks were opened, the 3D- printed resin templates were removed, then separating medium was applied on all investing stone surfaces of the flask halves.
• Heat cured acrylic resin (13) was mixed according to manufacturer's instructions, then after reaching dough stage, acrylic resin was packed to fill the mold cavity of all flask halves.

• Flask halves were closed tightened, then hydraulic press was used to ensure complete distribution of acrylic pack in the mold cavity. "Fig 15"
• Excess of acrylic resin were removed, then flasks were tightened in the clamp and firmly placed in the acrylic curing unit to be cured by long curing cycle (74º C for 8 hours).
• The flask was left to bench cooling then deflasking was done.
• The procedure was repeated for each cast of the 5 samples
• After deflasking, the 5 acrylic denture bases-cast sets were used for measuring adaptation without decasting.
