Status: In the fifth week, I calculated the amount that non-Bahraini employees would receive at the end of their service, excluding the Bahraini employee and handing over the employees' salaries in cooperation with the Accounting Department.In this task, I learned the learning skill, as I learned how to calculate the end of service, and the teamwork skill, as I cooperated with the accounting department in this task, which helped me achieve and learn, as well as the time management skill, where a specific goal was set to achieve it in a specific time and it was accomplished.

Status: In the fifth week, I calculated the amount that non-Bahraini employees would receive at the end of their service, excluding the Bahraini employee and handing over the employees’ salaries in cooperation with the Accounting Department.
Task: My goal this week is to complete the calculation of the end of service amount for non-Bahraini employees and deliver the employees’ salaries in cooperation with the accounting department.
Action: I started by entering the names of the employees, then the personal number and phone number, Knowing the end of service requires entering the employee’s basic salary, if there are additional working hours, they are entered until the end of service amount for each employee is known, Through this, the calculation of the end of service amount for the foreign employee was known, At the end of the week of work, I made sure that the employees’ salaries were delivered in cooperation with the accounting department.
Result: Finally, Tasks have been accomplished, all end-of-service amounts for all non-Bahraini employees were calculated, and it was confirmed that the salaries of all employees in the company were delivered in cooperation with the accounting department. In this task, I learned the learning skill, as I learned how to calculate the end of service, and the teamwork skill, as I cooperated with the accounting department in this task, which helped me achieve and learn, as well as the time management skill, where a specific goal was set to achieve it in a specific time and it was accomplished.
