I am writing this letter to ask for support in protecting an endangered and unusual animal, the mole rat. It lives in Africa. It might be extinct in 15 years. It looks ugly and creepy. As a result, people do not care about it and they do not even like it.
I think this animal is important in our environment because the mole rat does not get cancer. As a result, scientists want to know how this animal's cells work. In this way, it might help us in curing this disease.
Moreover, a research says that the mole rat feels the earthquake before it happens. Therefore, scientists can use this information to save human's life from earthquakes.
I believe that this animal is important for us because the mole rat lives for 30 years while the other rats live for three years only. For this reason, scientists want to know the secret behind it.
For all of these reasons, I think that we should do everything to save this little animal.
