She has no significant past medical history, and is not taking any routine medications. She reported receiving the influenza vaccine when her child first became ill, 3 days ago. She was a smoker but quit smoking when she became pregnant 4 years ago. The 10-point review of the systems was negative except for fever, lethargy, rhinorrhea,
