design analysis, decision support, and project reviews. throughout every stage of the
undertaking. It is the consultants' and contractors' responsibility to have or acquire, at
their own expense, the software, hardware, and trained personnel required to use BIM
for the project successfully. To prevent delays in modeling and redrawing, the
subcontractors' equipment used during the on-site coordination meetings must satisfy
the specifications of the software being used. The data reliability and integration of their
work and coordinated BIMs will be the responsibility of all technical disciplines.
